The latest episode of Shots Fired features the honorable Isaiah Rashad, whose young career has already found him eclipsing Isaiah Thomas of the Sacramento Kings and Isaiah Thomas, the Detroit PG-turned-Executive Fiasco. That’s not a bad track record. As you probably know, he is the newest member of Top Dawg Entertainment and has gone four for four in the lead up to his debut EP, Cilvia, due out Jan. 28.

A few weeks ago, he came out to the Cosmic Zoo to talk Tennessee rap, the glory years of No Limit, how he got signed to TDE, and his old car named Cilvia. There is also plenty of introductory babble between Nocando and I about who should win at this year’s Grammys. If Macklemore wins, I’m burning down every vintage clothing boutique on the eastside of LA. You can watch the video above, sliced and diced by the honorable Mike Campbell. The podcast is below the jump, but you already knew that.
