Admittedly, I’m not entirely sure what’s going on here. When I think of Swindle’s Moodswings, I think of classy drinks in nice bars, fine looking women and a certain air sophistication. This video on the other hand, features an epilepsy warning, a 3 eyed Wonder Woman acid trip and drug imagery more suited to Flying Lotus or the Crystal Castles than East London’s answer to Dam Funk. Until Hype Williams starts directing Grime videos with Elijah & Skilliam dancing like Puffy in the background however, this will have to do and any excuse to re-post one of my favorite instrumentals of the year is a good one.
