Things I resent: most everything about the host of these Pitchfork Selector series. Under no circumstances does he have the Danny Brown jort pass. Dude is brazenly running around in capri’s. Also, this video does not need to be split into two parts, especially when you squander the first minute on self-aggrandizing set up shots. We see what you are doing.
Things I do not resent: anything Quik-related. There is probably no one more worthy of a career rehab than David Blake and watching him break down beats, time signatures, and who needs to rap on what, ought to be required viewing for any music aspirant. Someone needs to hire this man to teach a college course.
