Some laid back vibes for a laid back Saturday courtesy of Chef’s last Rinse.FM show. For those that don’t know, MC Sgt. Pokes has a voice so fit for radio that he could probably read the phone book over Michael Buble and have it sound gully. Whether he’s warning you about shark attacks or insisting that you nibble on some brain food, you can be assured that he’s dropping knowledge and humor even if you can’t tell the difference.
