In my quest to become king of all media, at least as it relates to experimental subgenres of UK dance music, I keep on dropping installments of Birds in the Sky, my bi-weekly show on East Village Radio. Recent editions have included 130BPM rollage specials, a look back at the best of 2015, and last week two guest mixes by Facta and K-Lone of Wisdom Teeth Recordings. That’s timely since they’re playing New York City’s Reconstrvct tonight—a bass music rave I fully support and the rare party worth adventuring beyond your home city for thanks to the its combination of good vibes, strong lineup and a killer sound system. Last time I caught them for their Keysound Takeover, the place was shaking.
