New and very funny video from Festival, a folk-pop outfit out of Brooklyn who record for Language of Stone. Granted, my bias is clear, as I’m friends with ex-Stylusite, sometime Pitchfork writer, Mike Powell, the band’s drummer/viola player/poolboy heartthrob. But the song’s quite good, particularly when the drums and tambourine come clattering in around the minute mark.
