The world needs another homage to the “crack era” like Soulja Boy needs another hole in his septum and cerebellum. But both video and song are pretty nice — though I wish the horns had the hook all to themselves. Q-Unique is the latest Fat Beats revanchist. I’m not sure if I could take an entire album of this, but at two and a half minutes, it never outstays its welcome — even if the name Q-Unique makes it seem quite generic.
