Chris Daly will smash your windshield.

2016 has taken on surreal hues that would be laughable if they weren’t so horrifying.  Bigots and fear mongers are leading rabid packs through the streets of the most “civilized” nations while corporations poison this marble for the price of a pack of smokes and a gallon of gas.

How the fuck are the few sane among us supposed to deal with the inane insanity that has become waking life? The answer, as is so often the case, is to ingest more Tobacco. And with Sweatbox Dynasty, the second solo album by Tom Fec on the Ghostly label, due August 9th, that proposition never has been easier.

With the release date just around the corner, the Black Moth Super Rainbow front man has dropped a couple of singles to demonstrate that the master of sludge fuzz sonics has not lost a step from his 2014 opus, Ultima II Massage. “Human Om” is acid-enhanced audio syrup, distorted and manipulated like leftover taffy, the first single a devastating blow to the malleus, incus and stapes.

“Gods in Heat” cranks the levels of ominous up way past 11, the lines between vocals and synths blurred beyond recognition. Both tracks demonstrate that time away can lead to inspired new things. August 9th.  Circle it on your calendar now.  You never knew your nightmares could sound this good.
