The hook boasts “Bronx, bread, booze, and more bubbles,” and so goes the mantra of Chiba and Suede, still gunning, brims tilted, lives luxurious even though they sport karats larger than the amount of copies sold. If they aren’t diamond crooks I don’t know how they can afford to record. How underrated are Camp Lo? So much that when Travis of Wake Your Daughter Up and new blog behemoths Bloggerhouse, sent a ballot asking about the year’s most underrated album, I picked Finale’s A Pipe Dream and a Promise instead of the Bronx duo who dropped last year’s sadly unsung Another Heist –another slight in a career filled with nothing but. You’d think they could at least get sponsored by Moet or Mr. Bubble or something.
